We offer delivery via Australia Post Australia wide and click and collect if you live local to Greensborough.

Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy:

While we attempt to fulfil all orders as soon as possible please be aware that some orders may take up to 3 business days to be fulfilled and ready for pick up or delivery.

Aus. Post: Applicable to most Metro and major regional areas including, but not limited to, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide. Please note all shipping deadlines are determined directly by Australia Post.  The Cat Protection Society of Victoria is not responsible for Australia Post shipping schedules.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

CPSV delivers Australia wide using Australia Post eParcel. Shipping charges are based on weight and size of your order, as well as region your item will be shipped to. The cheapest shipping method will be automatically selected when you complete your order. This will be a minimum cost of $9.50.

Please note, we do not currently offer Express Shipping.

Collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at CPSV Greensborough. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please wait for this email notification before arriving in store to collect your item/s.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm –Mondays – Saturday

Please have your ‘order is ready for pickup’ email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

CPSV uses Australia Post for all online couriered deliveries. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at online@catprotection.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Refund Policy & Refund Conditions

Thank you for shopping at CPSV. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • You must be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the goods ordered from our Online Store
  • If the product is used, damaged in any way or you have initiated the return more than 30 days after your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the item you have purchased has a major problem / fault, you are entitled to a replacement / refund.

Refund Process: 

1.Contact Us:

Please contact our customer service team at online@catprotection.com.au to initiate the refund process. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund.

2. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refund Issuance:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return, and place a new order.
